Do not hit that unsubscribe button!

Everyone has seen that unsubscribe button at the bottom of emails, hackers and some advertisement companies use it as a decoy to verify you email is legitimate to add your email onto more lists one way to block these emails would be to right click on the email in the outlook app click rules and select "Always move messages from: …" and select the junk email folder.

If that email tries to email you again it will be sorted into your junk email, without confirming if your email is real.
